Every module ends in an assignment: one piece of the finished skill, recorded and submitted. Submitting opens the next module straight away.
Hear back from your teacher
Your instructor writes back against the assignment's criteria, usually within three days. Breathing, focus and wind-down sessions frame each module, the same in every course.
